POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Report to: APAC Business Leader & Global Nuclear Portfolio Leader
- Job Purpose:
- Overall function of the Nuclear Sales Leader position is to identify and penetrate the OEM and End User customers within the APAC Region (China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, India). The position will develop and implement selling strategies for the Specialty Tensioning and the associated products and services to the Nuclear Utility Power Generation Industry. Additionally, position is responsible in pursuing long-term projects and customer account development in the Nuclear Power Generation Industries. Candidate will be working with engineering and design firms, OEM’s, and End User Utilities, to promote the product and service portfolio and achieve specification of our products for use on the plant equipment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and track major projects in the Nuclear PowerGen Industry and liaise with the Nuclear PowerGen team members throughout the company for strategic planning and to provide details of applications and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for the products in the market for potential service partners, new products, and potential acquisitions.
- Ability to build long term relationships with all levels of personnel from upper level management and engineers to contractors and field personnel to help establish and strengthen the brand name in the marketplace
- Actively promote the “Joint Integrity” initiative that is in the process of being adopted by international power companies. This should assist with the promotion of company’s Joint Integrity Management philosophy along with the use of hydraulic bolt tensioning, field machining, leak sealing and service.
- Act as a team player within the APAC Market to assist in sales related activities, support domestic and international sales efforts as directed by the APAC Business Leader and the Global Nuclear Portfolio Leader
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years experience in the Power Generation market selling to high-level personnel.
- Advanced level of Education degree in a related field.
- Travel within the APAC region and outside as required.
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read design drawings and problem solve technical applications
- Must have strong presentation skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project and database management software to produce regular reports on activity and project status.
