POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Report to: China BU Head
  • Job Purpose:
    • In charge of the Energy market business development in China via developing the business strategies and leading the energy sales team for profitable and strategic growth strongly focused on the JI and service delivery theme. Solution added value sales offering, technical superior solutions.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify short term and long term business growth goals for Energy market business in China and refocus on strategic and profitable growth.
  • Drive, own and focus on the JI and service delivery strategy for the China market.
  • Develop the business growth strategies which align with company China growth plan as well as global/regional strategy of the business units.
  • Expand the energy market revenue YOY in China with complete portfolio of Industrial & Energy’s offering of product sales and services.
  • Develop and manage the Vertical sales channel and develop sales policies.
  • Drive the geographic sales channel for product sales growth.
  • Lead the commercial team to implement Energy, and company China business strategies.
  • Review and optimize the commercial organization structure to meet the business growth needs.
  • Evaluate the capabilities of the Vertical team, manage the performance and develop the team capabilities to meet the business requirements.
  • Manage the annual/quarterly budget, cost and expense for Energy commercial team to deliver the required financial results.
  • Represent the company as appropriate in its relations with major customers and government agencies for sales related issues.
  • Support initiatives and projects from other company functions.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 15 years working experience.
  • At least 5 years in Sr. sales management position with P&L responsibilities.
  • Energy market experience/background preferred.
  • Integrity

  • Leadership and people management/development skill
  • Excellent English skill which can naturally cope with the counterparts in US or Europe
