Position Mission 职位使命
This person will act as focal point in development, communication, and execution of a factory’s daily product supply and contingency plans, and will track and drive to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities 主要职责
1. Monitor daily purchase request creation, purchase order releasing and order acknowledgment
2. Assure that agreed PO are placed in the systems
3. Pricing negotiations, contracting, periodical pricing updates as per the contract, price forecast
4. Follow-up, analyze and take actions to continuously improve supplier delivery performance and assure goods are shipped in time from suppliers
5. Work under demand planning supervisor/manager on the inventory control, safety stock set up and excess or obsolete stock handling
6. Support on supply chain improvement project to optimize process and improve operation efficiency
7. Support on supply chain cost productivity project, review shipment flow to deploy solution of cost reduction
8. Coordinate with sales, marketing, planning and factory to track incoming supply for production-critical products
9. Backup on the absence of other supplier team members

Requirement 任职要求
1. University degree preferably in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or other related discipline 5+ years planning experience in manufacturing environment preferred
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in demand/ planning preferable gained from FMCG will be an advantage
3. Analytical, critical thinking, detail-oriented, deductive reasoning, and problem solving abilities
4. Able to communicate fluently in English (CET6) and Mandarin
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Proficient in computer application, including Excel & Access
