工作职责JD：
Systematically develop sales of kitchen mixers / kitchen sinks in the KCM channel
系统化开发厨房龙头/水槽，以提高在橱柜渠道的销量
Development of distribution network of international and national kitchen manufacturers including the communication with purchase/retail/project related departments
发展专业化的国内外厨柜制造商渠道,包括厨柜渠道相关采购/零售/工程部门的沟通
Execution of market & competitor research for relevant product category (desk & field research) and development of segment strategy （product proposal）
研究市场及竞争对手的产品信息，制定市场细分战略(产品方案)
Cooperate with Marketing department to promote the kitchen sink/mixers to KCM channel and coordinate the cooperation between our Marketing department and KCM’s
与市场部合作在橱柜渠道中推广水槽/龙头，并协调我方市场部与橱柜市场部的合作
Coordinate internal CSR/Logistic/After-sales departments to satisfy the KCM customer requirement
协调内部客户服务/物流/售后等部门达到橱柜客户满意度
Develop training strategy for the kitchen segment and provide training to all KCM partners
制定厨房产品的培训计划并提供给橱柜渠道相关部门

Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree 大学文化
Very good English skills both in oral and written.良好的英文沟通交流能力
Skills:
product development experiences in kitchen field or related field >5 years
在厨柜或者相关领域有五年以上的产品管理经验
Deep understanding of the business for kitchen channel in China [decision criteria, customer structure, key market players incl. strength and weaknesses, assortment requirements]
对中国的厨房有深刻的认知（决策标准，客户结构，主要市场参与者包括优势和劣势，品种要求）
Strategic & Analytical thinking as well as experience in related business development tasks
具有业务发展的战略和分析能力
Self-depended working style and high willingness to perform and achieve as well as attention to detail
独立工作，高度责任感和执行力，关注细节
Willingness to travel.
可以经常出差
Good communication skills and team spirit
良好的沟通能力和团队精神
