职位描述：
1、负责公司招聘工作，与各部门沟通收集招聘需求，完成阶段性招聘计划；
2、招聘网站的维护和更新以及招聘网站的信息沟通，开拓新的招聘形式, 合理利用分配招聘资源；
3、招聘流程、体系的改善以及制定优化提升工作；
4、汇总分析招聘数据并定期提交招聘报告；
5、与各部门保持良好关系，协调各项工作；
6、上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业为佳
2. 5年以上工作经验（招聘模块），零售行业为佳
3. 精通相关劳动法律法规，具备良好的英语听说读写能力
4. 熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，有较好的简历鉴别、面试和人才评估技巧
5. 工作态度积极，责任心强；认真、细致,有较强的亲和力，良好的人际关系处理能力、书面及语言表达能力和沟通能力；
6. 熟练使用相关办公软件。
