Accounting Clerk 财务文员

Your Responsibilities
? Taxation invoice issued ,posted and applied 税票的开具、邮寄和申领
? Release the B/L, return document and pre-recorded note in time 及时的安排提单,退单和预录单的投放
? Check the unreleased the original B/L and inform the operator department weekly 每周核查并通知业务部门未放正本提单的情况。
? Arrange the cash reimbursement and make daily cashflow report 安排现金报销并编制每日现金日记账
? Book and check bank statement 登记并核对银行日记账
? Assist AR superiver to clean AR 协助应收账款主管一起催款
? Assist AP Clerk to register the cost 协助应付账款文员登记成本
? File and bind related account voucher相关会计凭证的装订和归档
? Other works arranged by the Account Receivable Supervisor and Finance Manager 应收账款主管和财务经理安排的其他工作

We expect
? Accounting related professional graduation 会计相关专业
? At least 1 year work experience in financial department 一年或以上财务工作经验
? Familiar MS office and Chinese ERP system 熟悉MS Office软件和ERP管理系统
? Good written and oral English 良好的英语书写能力和口语能力
? Relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry work experience prefer具有相关货运或物流行业的工作经验优先考虑
