职位描述
工作地点:珠海,随州,上海,北京
Key responsibilities include:
1.Manage all office operations and services as required, including reception, mail services, printing, housekeeping, transportation, catering, office environment, office equipment and supplies
2.Working with the regional Property Services team, assist in managing the building operations and engineering systems maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, UPS, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security control, computer room precision A/C systems etc
3.Working with regional Security team, to manage the in-house security guard and ensure office security
4.Be responsible for annual business license renewal
5.Handle internal users/clients interface, maintaining client relationship
6.Manage suppliers and vendors relationship, maintaining service levels and operating standards
7.Manage price and service contracts
8.Evaluate and negotiate products and services as required
9.Manage procurement of supplies and services
10.Manage staff performance and workload
11.Report and communicate to internal client and CS management
12.Handle general administration and metric reporting
13.Handle emergency escalation and coverage for critical operations and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
14.Maintain relationships with local regulators and handle related work
15.Records management
16.Bank chop management
17.Fixed assets management
Competencies/skills:
1.Business related degree is preferred
2.Language: English and Mandarin fluency is required.
3.Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4.PC skills: Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
5.Other characteristics: Strategic thinker, analytical, problem solver, dead line driven, team player, self motivated, innovative, professional, positive, energetic, and attention to detail.
6.A self-starter who is comfortable working in an environment far from regional or headquarters support, and inspires the trust and confidence of local and regional management.
7.Demonstrated track record meeting financial business plans, budgets, and project schedules. Broad knowledge of real estate / property services finance with a high analytic aptitude. Professional vendor management including procurement aspects such as Request for Proposal (RFP) bidding procedures.
8.Strong problem solving skills with an ability to derive innovative solutions… a hands-on decision maker.
Qualifications/experience:
1.School degree: Strong credentials with a minimum of an undergraduate degree are required; a post-graduate degree is a plus.
2.Work experience: At least 6 years of experience in office administration and management roles is required, preferably from multi-national firms.
3.Qualifications: Project management skills, knowledge in engineering is a plus
