Quality Assurance Supervisor
This role will lead in managing product reliability for both NPI projects and mass production projects. He/She will lead the customer quality issue investigation, drive failure analysis and corrective& preventative actions through issue closure. He/She will work within cross function team driving suppliers’ continuous improvement
? Setup product reliability specification for new development projects
? Develop reliability test process
? Setup reliability testing facility and lead in performing reliability testing
? Analyze testing data and develop testing reports
? Drive Failure Analysis process and propose improvement
? Lead in customer quality issue investigation
? Manage product quality performance over product life cycle.
? Lead, develop and coach a small group of QA Engineers and Technicians
Requirements
? BS Degree in Engineering, like Mechanical / Electronics / Automation etc.
? 5+ years of experience in reliability testing, dealing with customer quality issue for Electronic products within MNC
? Be familiar with reliability design method and test method
? Problem solver, experience in RCCA and 8D etc.
? Good at data analysis with JMP/Minitab; Experience in quality tools MSA, SPC and PPAP etc.
? Self-motivation, cross function team work
? Excellent in oral and written business English
? Five-year working experience in MNC
