针对资深候选人，需要英文口语要求；Junior候选人，英文口语则不做要求；
Global客户，运维项目，稳定，周期基本一年以上；
入职时间在明年3月份；也就是年后了，时间很充裕
面试基本分为两轮：电面+F2F
