工作职责：

按照商场的业态分布及品牌组合，引入优质租户或及时调整不良租户，保证商场的预期收益；协调各部门，为租户提供良好的服务，保障租户的预期收益。

1． 协助商场总经理制定年度租金预算计划，达成招商与租金收益的预期目标

2． 负责商场租户业态分布与组合的合理规划与调整

3． 租户服务及租户合同、档案及信息管理

4． 租赁团队管理与建设

任职要求：

1. 专业不限

2. 大学专科以上学历

3. 5年以上知名百货、购物中心招商工作经验

4. 2年以上团队管理经验

5. 对所负责品类具有全面的商品知识及布局规划能力

6. 了解国家、地方的商品法、消费者权益法等相关法律法规

7. 优秀的谈判能力及数字能力
