职位描述
Core Responsibility:
·Align with PSC business focus to set up annual people development strategy and priority.
·Participate Annual Budget Review to finalize HC & people cost.
·Faciliate Function Heads on annual salary planning.
·Faciliate Performance & Management process and educate line Managers on professional performance management
skill.
·Facilitate annual succession planning review with line Managers to diagnose organization & people issues.
·Use effective channel to lead annual experience recruiting from external.
·Lead annual key recruitment initiatives per talent development strategy, incuilding Campus Recruitment
campaign and facilitate annual Engineer Associates development program.
·Promote internal organization communication among different levels.
·All routine work about the indirect labor of suppoting functions.
Day to Day Responsibility:
·Implement people development actions according to prioritiesand plan.
·Communicate with internal customers to maintain partnership.
·Conduct interview internally/externally to select qualified candidates.
·Collect employees' feedback and pulse through formal and informal channels.
·Work on proposals/Provide ideas for key HR initiatives.
·Periodically track PM&D progress and make sure 100% completion.
·Provide HR suggestions/persepectives on organization change/people movement.
·Maintain employees' information to be accurancy and updated in HR Portal.
·Faciliate Quarterly S&C communication meetings withDoM.
·Take accountability on HR Asst. daily work and result.
·Work closely with HRG on-site team to drive HR priorities & key events.
·Other works related with PSC people.
·Other works assigned by HRD / HRAD.
