职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for direct material sourcing to support plant daily operations
2. Implement supplier development plan & supplier base optimization
3. Lead & manage supplier performance matrix: On time delivery rate improvement, Average lead time reduction, Supply flexibility development
4. Implement supplier rationalization management system to improve cost, quality, delivery and service
5. Improve raw material inventory turn overs & control raw material DOS at a reasonable level
6. Supplier audit and qualification evaluation
7. Manage supplier performance review, evaluation and report; define and manage key suppliers’ KPIs
8. Study market cost and strongly negotiate with the supplier for cost down
9. Assist purchasing manager in her daily tasks.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electrical , Supply Chain or Mechanical
2.Purchasing experiences in a multinational company, related industrial experience is preferable
3.Good problem solving and analytical skills
4.At least 5 years purchasing, supplier management, negotiation & commodity strategy experience
5. Good at communication, coordination and execution, work independently
6. Fluent in English written and orally
7. Basic skills of MRP & experience of ERP system is preferred
8.Strong sense of responsibility
