Major Responsibilities:
- Process bank payments in SAP and handle the authorization in different E-banking.
- Manually book SAP entry and follow up unidentified incoming payment.
- Regular improvement of payment procedure per group norm.
- Perform month-end closing on treasury matters.
- Prepare monthly report related to payment and collection.
- Assist in auditors’ work for documents preparation and inquiry.
- Assist in treasury projects to upgrade SAP system and E-banking.
Professional experience:
- Familiar with finance software SAP is good plus
- Relevant experience in multinational company is good plus
Educational background:
- Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/ Finance
- Accounting/Finance certificate is plus
Other requirements:
- High integrity, committed and good team player
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and independently
- Good command in spoken and written English
