职位描述
Job description:
1. Handle all BPO business including making bidding strategy, KPI, contract, standards, processes etc.
2. Plan & establish operational solution, management standard, working processes, aftersales policies. Adjust strategy according to business situation.
3. Manage daily operation, keep optimizing performance.
4. Analyze daily, weekly, monthly report, decipher data and enhance all perspectives of repair center performance base on project management.
5. Lead team, provide necessary training and guidance, cultivate management skills and sense of customer focus.
6. Communicate with liaison of BPO, make sure relationship in good maintenance.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major as computer, automation, mathematics preferable.
2. 5+ years overseas after-sales & repair center management experience, with respective certificate preferable.
3. Team management experience, proficient in KPI, daily operation, risk management, survey etc..
4. Excellent data analysis skills, master in Excel.
5. Pressure handler, work with priority and efficiency professionally.
6. Extraordinary leadership, excellent in team management and external & internal communication.
7. Proficient English skill in speaking and writing.
8. Can handle long term business travel.
