Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Office work place improvement
- Security, office safety promotion
- Organize office fire drill (1-2 times per year)
- Maintain office emergence response plan and organize annual rehearsal as site coordinator
? Security operations
- Prepare and manage badge for employees, contractors and visitors
- Access door access and provide periodically review
? general office affair & logistics
- co-manage canteen and shuttle suppliers
- co-manage facility management service provider
- co-manage furniture with supplier in terms of move-add-retirement
- meeting room schedule and its facility management
- supplier performance appraisal
- seating plan management
Project involved with:
? Office move
? New office space decorations
? Yearly regional meeting
? Annual dinner event
? Sports Day
? Safety, environmental protection, office safety promotion
Reporting Structure:
Reporting to admin dept office manager
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Fluent in English (both written and oral)
? More than 3 years relative experience in MNC
Required Skills :
? Fluent in using MS office
? Business writing (English and Chinese)
Soft Skills :
? Service-oriented mindset, active working attitude
? Team work sprit
? Problem Solving
