职位描述
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Minimum 8 years working experience in Human Resource Field and 5 +working experience in a manufacturing company, 3 years or above management experience
3.Proven successful experience to lead a HR team to fulfill requirements of business development and strategy
4.Very good skills to work with people from different function
5.Result orientated
6.Good presentation, communication and organization skills
7.Good command in English both written and spoken;
8.Proficient in MS Office WORD, EXCEL, Visio etc.
Responsibilities:
1.Setting up system to play personnel function effectively and efficiently and improve it consistently.
2.Develop and implement HR plan in all aspect of HR responsibilities to meet the dynamic business demand.
3.Recruit, organize and motivate HR team to perform all function effectively.
4.To involve in all HR activities effectively like recruitment, ER, C&B management etc to facilitate the result delivery.
5.Initiating policy, procedure, process development and improvement to.
6.To make decision, judgement, comments or report properly to protect the company interests and maintain the company's value.
7.Getting approval for HR budget and responsible for cost control.
8.Facilitating the company to comply with all labor law or government regulations to minimize or eliminate relevant risk.
9.Guide team to initiate and implement HR related projects effectively to support business growth;
10.Make HR budget with reasonable cost control;
