NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MERCHANDISER
OBJECTIVES:
? To manage the production functions for National Accounts.
? Ensuring all delivery dates are adhered to.
? Build long term partnerships with existing customers, by providing excellent service levels and communication to our customers.

FUNCTIONS:
Prior to Order Placement:
? Provide Account Managers with the following costs as required, for initial price negotiations;
？ Packaging
？ Transport
？ Re Work (UK)
？ 3rd Party Logistics
? Provide any specific pack size information for Account Managers for costing.
? Provide Duty / HTS Information as required.

On Receipt of order confirmation:
? Complete any customer quotes sheets or order forms.
? Set up product on Internal System
? Raise sales orders on Internal System
? Raise Purchase Order’s to suppliers
? Ensure all sales confirmations are signed and returned to factories in a timely fashion.
? Chase customer PO’s & any outstanding info on barcodes, case size, ratio etc.
? Raise artwork actions on internal system.
? Complete detailed packaging brief, to be issued to the factory no later than PP sample approval stage.
? Approve artwork for product info – Barcode, References, Sizes Etc
? Actively manage Critical Path, chairing a weekly meeting. The Merchandiser’s key role is to Co-Ordinate all areas of production, and ensuring that all departments are achieving CP Dates, all of the following points need to monitored and closely controlled:
？ Sealing Procedure – From 1st Fit through to Production Samples
？ Testing Procedure
？ Raw Materials Order Date
？ Raw Materials Arrival Date – both from Factory and 3rd Party Suppliers
？ Artwork Deadline Dates
？ Cut Date
？ Start Production Date
？ Inspection Dates
？ Shipment Dates

? Collate all documentation to allow invoicing to take place.
