岗位职责:

? Develop, coordinate and consolidate budget, projection, strat plan and latest view. Proactively identify issues, opportunities and risks and communicate to appropriate level of management to ensure financial metrics are achieved. 、

? Responsible for financial planning and monthly results preparation, provide variance analysis and insightful commentary to eCom BU GM, FD and commercial teams

? Develop structured models for business forecast and analysis on profit and loss management, working capital management, platform pricing and margin, ROI evaluation, trade spending, platform profitability etc. Balances the need for accuracy and timeliness appropriately

? Play a leadership role within the eCommerce BU to help ensure compliance with local laws & regulations, FCPA and Business Controls and Compliance policies and procedures

? Support FD and work commercial team in the China IBP process. Ensure demand inputs from all relevant parties (sales, marketing, supply chain and finance) are included in the Integration Reconciliation process

? Provide financial analysis advice and contribute to the development of business case to address business needs and issues, creatively solve problems without compromising financial integrity

? Suggest ideas and solutions that may lead to standardized, improved and optimized FP&A reporting processes.

? Participate in the FP&A network (Greater China, regional and global) for best practice sharing and knowledge exchange.

? Support in development and representation of training programs as it relates to financial planning and analytical processes, systems and tools

? Business-partnering - Participate in cross-functional initiatives / projects and providing advices in different aspects including productivity initiatives, value chain analysis, innovation launches as well as initiatives in commercial teams etc. as needed.

? Lead efforts to ensure the workplace environment supports the development of high performing team focused on continuous improvement and best practices.

? Support Greater China, regional or global initiatives and support Finance Director on ad-hoc projects

任职资格:

Education Attainment Requirement

? Possess a Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
? Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent

Professional Background

? At least 6+ years of working experience in a multi-national organization(s) with a minimum of 4 years experience in financial planning and accounting
? Experience in working with general management and cross-functional teams

? Strong understanding of financial planning and accounting and possess strong analytical skills
? Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance a multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
? Excellent leadership, communication and team building skills
? Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
? Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills
? Be comfortable with working in an agile organization and able to deal with ambiguity
? Proficiency in Excel, powerpoint and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
