岗位职责:
1. 根据公司的战略目标,制定电子商务(天猫、淘宝、京东等电商平台)整体营销及推广方案,包括商品结构方案制定、商品组织、商品视觉展现策划、活动策划及有效的广告宣传和促销、商品订单管理、物流配送及售后服务等跟踪与协调,并实施方案完成销售目标;
According to the company strategic objective, develop the marketing programs and promotional programs for marketplace(including Tmall, JD, Taobao, etc.), including structure schemes, organization, visual representation design, online activities planning, effective advertising and promotion, order management, the tracking and coordination of logistics distribution and after-sales service ,as well as the sales target achievement based on the implementing plan ;
2. 负责研究市场和用户需求,提出电商产品发展计划和电商产品需求,与相关部门积极沟通,推动技术、开发、运营等相关人员紧密合作,完成产品研发及达成产品上市;
Responsible for market research and customer demand, propose the product growth initiatives and product requirements of E-commerce, communicate with related department, strive for even closer cooperation with Technology, development, operation staff, complete the product development and product launch;
3. 根据公司的产品和市场定位,整合相关资源,建立、维护电商销售网络与渠道管理体系,合理选择线上的渠道进行网络品牌推广和销售,提高电商销售业绩,提升公司品牌形象;
According to the product and market positioning, integrate resources, establish and maintain the sales network and channel management system, select the online channel for the brand promotion and sales, increase sales achievement and enhance the company brand image;
4. 分析上线产品的运营数据,定期撰写产品运营分析报告,提出产品改进意见,不断提高在线产品运营效率,持续改善用户体验;
Analyze the data of online product,prepare the analysis report of product operation regularly, provide the product improvement suggestion, keep increasing efficiency of online product and improving the reflective of user satisfaction;
5. 负责部门各项管理工作,保证电商各流程的高效运作,对电商工作情况进行具体分析并做出改善建议;
Responsible for the department management, to ensure the efficient operations on marketplace, analyze the E-commerce operation and advise the improvement plan.
6. 根据经营方针和部门业务需要,负责本部门人员招聘、调配、培训、指导、监督、绩效考核(激励和评估);
Handle the departmental recruitment, transfer, training, coaching, supervision, and performance appraisal according to the management policy and the business needs;
7. 负责完成wed、移动端、后台端的原型、流程和交互界面设计,编写技术需求文档,协助技术开发团队理解和掌握需求;
Responsible for the design of the Prototype, process, interactive interface of wed, mobile, background server, write the documentation of technical requirements,assist the development team to understand and know the requirement.
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历,市场营销、工商管理和电子商务等相关专业为佳;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or related field;
2. 具有5-7年消费品行业电商相关岗位操盘经验,能有效驾驭网站、微信等新媒体的运营推广和销售工作;有自媒体、互联网媒体流量合作推广经验的优先考虑;
5-7 years working experience in FMCG E-Commerce operation, effectively navigate the promotion, sales of network, WeChat and so on; experience in the traffic promotion of we media, Internet media is preferred;
3. 深刻理解并熟悉电子商务运营和盈利模式,具备运营平台战略规划、网站宣传推广、活动策划及运营管理能力;具有中老年电商平台运营经验的优先考虑;
Detailed knowledge of E-Commerce operation and profit model, have marketplace strategic planning, web sites promotion, activities planning and operation management ability;experience in E-Commerce operation of middle-aged and elderly people is preferred;
4. 熟悉相关行业电子商务市场动态,具备策划产品设计经验,在网络经营和产品策划方面有成功案例;
Familiar with related E-Commerce market dynamic, experience in product planning, successful cases of Network management and product planning;
5. 组建和培训团队经验丰富,既往销售业绩良好;
Good experience in team building and training, good previous sales performance;
6. 有担当精神和高度的责任感,有创业心态,能承受较大工作压力;
High sense of responsibility, mentality of entrepreneurship, can work under high pressure;
7. 工作耐心细致,具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
