Ocean (SAP) Super User

工作地点：深圳市深南东路2028号罗湖商务中心42楼

Purpose of the position

- Responsible for a full range of activities ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit

- Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness

- Track and analyze department trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the departments

Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to the globally defined process standards within the Country, initiate corrective actions when required

- Proactively identify, communicate and address process improvement/standardization potential within the District

- Act as a primary level support in system and process issues

- Continuously review how users are working within the systems and ensure users are fully utilizing the full potential in the execution of their daily tasks.

- Ensure that the District Ocean Freight (incl. EPS Ocean Operations) organization is trained on the Ocean Freight operating standards & procedures, including governance and NVOCC topics

- Instructor, structured on-the-job training and coaching) and materials (visual, lesson plans, job aids, etc) consistent with audit and accelerated learning principles.

- Establish and document processes for maintaining and updating training content, exercise, simulation; i.e. SAP TM, MyPanalpina+ etc. (New users / Refresh training)

- User manual preparation as per Corp / Country training materials

- Prepared and communicate project statuses, needs, risks, and changes routinely to ensure shared understanding

- Coordinate closely with people and entities implementing SAP modules to assess project scopes, identify potential resource or timing issues, and to mitigate risks.

- Support the BPT prepare the BRF for PA applications on District / BU level

- Monitor and help manage project team member and deliverable

- Data Quality monitoring i.e. job creation, milestones status update, on time billing etc.

- Lead a number of key project for the business units and the company

Requirement:

- Fluent in English is absolute a MUST (written and spoken)

- 2 – 3 years SAP User experience with a preference SAP ERP and SAP-TM and or Quality Management

- 2 – 3 years of overall industry experience (minimum), focused on creating and implementing supply chain solutions, operational execution and relevant system implementation

- Strong in networking & relationship building

- Ability to communicate openly and confidently

- Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information

- Ability of effective people management through KPI setting and measurement

- Ability to find pragmatic solutions by using decision making techniques

- Readiness to continuously focus on identifying and meeting customer current and future needs

- High commitment and positive attitude in the face of setbacks and obstacles

- Ability to set robust plans well in advance and to initiate action to move projects forward

- Good in Mandarin
