职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Implement Engineer's reliability test plan, execute and update result in time
2. Perform 1st level validation of failure analysis
3. Co¬work with production team to sample monitoring lots by regular plan periodically
4. Operate data collection from DOE and update result to Engineer on time
5. Conduct hardware/equipment maintenance
 
Requirement
1. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with adequate knowledge on semiconductor packaging/testing process and technology
2. Good communicate skills
3. Coding experience with one or some of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python
4. Quick learning ability
5. Decent English reading and writing skill
