职位描述：
Key Accountabilities：
1.Manage the design, development and implementation of high standard production processes for logistics warehouse with
   demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements
2.Identify and research world-class equipment manufacturers and suppliers for a wide range of manufacturing processes &
   collaborate with the product development team on equipment selection, tool design and manufacturing feasibility
3.Evaluate warehouse requirements for fulfillment and Consolidation, influence supplier selection and qualify all primary and
    secondary/finishing process equipment
4.Take a leading role in the design, development and qualification of warehouse set up, production line set, and goods flow
5.Assist the manager team by defining best in class processes for warehousing
6.Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
7.Collaborate with our logistics partners on maintaining appropriate controls on the processing parameters and define
   suitable tooling/equipment preventative maintenance plans/schedules
8.Troubleshoot process problems & develop and introduce solutions for long-term prevention

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar
2.2-5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Process Engineering role
3.Familiar with ecommerce and warehouse, logistics operation
4.Proven track record in process design and process implementation for products with challenging tolerance and cosmetic
    requirements
5.Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proven record of supplier management
6.English speaking and writing
