职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for investigating criminal activity relating to intellectual property and trademarkviolations for our brand in and around China.？
2.Perform market surveys to identify others infringing our Intellectual Property Rights.
3.Preparation of case reports covering investigative details and findings as well as identifyingcontrol weaknesses with recommended solutions.？
4.Coordinate efforts with Corporate Teammates to determine authenticity of infringingproducts.？
5.Maintain communications with BP Manager and Corporate Brand Protection Teamregarding ongoing case work.？
6.Coordinate investigative efforts on the ground and on the web with BP Manager.？
7.Conduct Brand training to local authorities charged with counterfeit identification andcontrol.？
8.Conduct audits and Brand Protection training within our approved manufacturing facilities.
9.Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Brand Protectionleadership.

Requirements
4-year degree preferred.
3+ years investigative experience within a retail environment (investigative and undercoverwork preferable).
Knowledgeable in Intellectual Property Rights.
Basic experience in case writing, incident follow-up, and audit procedures. Attention todetail a must.
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, along with experience in digitalphotography.
Approximately 50% travel required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Multi-lingual with the ability to read / write / speak English fluently.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Ability to be on your feet and walk long distances regularly.
Be able to work independently, establishing work plans and accomplishing team goalswithout direct day-to-day oversight.
