Role purpose
The role of the SOP Executive is to ensure
1. a smooth sales efficiency monitoring process operation spend planning process operation
2. Improve trade spend investment efficiency.
3. EC performance analysis & improving

Role accountabilities
Capability Training :
1. [System Maintenance ] Operating and being responsible for SFA system setting and updating according to business situation changing; follow up the training course execution / test / feedback with mobile learning platform and Wenjuanxin ;
2. [Report and Analyse] Routinely run-out sales efficiency analysis and training report, announcing the analysis result to sales team as well as suggesting the action needed to improve;
3. [Internal/External communication] co-work sales team to improve sales training and efficiency, resolve SFA relevant question via SOP training wechat account
After Service:
1. [Performance Analysis] Track the report provided by the agency then analyse the performance
2. [Verbal trick Set up] Follow up the verbal trick set up
3. [Internal/External communication] Communicate with different depts to collect info/set up process ,etc
4. Other possible SOP analysing matters

Qualification and experience
Requirement Essential
Education: 1. Bachelor’s degree
                     2. Sales and Marketing/Business’ related would be preferred
                     3. Financial related background would be a plus
Experience: 1. Certain knowledge of FMGC business;
                       2. Minimum 2~3 yrs experiences on analysing or operation related;
                       3. Basic field sales or operation management related experiences;
                       4. Sound business analytical skills.
                       5. Working experiences in both EC and Offline would be a plus
                       6. BI System operation experience would be a plus
                       7. Working experiences in Call Center (Especial in EC ) would be a plus
Technical/Functional Expertise: 1. Ability to give effective analysis and insight on sales efficiency and
                                                    2. Go details and down to earth;
                                                    3. Good communication skill to support cross function cooperation;
                                                    4. Strong and solid paper work skills.
                                                    5. Capable of working with high stress and complicated situation.
                                                    6. Proficient level of verbal and written English.
                                                    7. MS office skill (word/Excel/PPT/outlook) would be a plus
Industry Experience: 1. FMCG business experience would be a plus
