职位描述：
岗位职责：
?为HPE品牌的服务器、存储、网络设备等提供售后技术支持;
?面向香港的企业法人客户， 受理来自客户的技术支持请求并有效记录；
?在规定的时间内通过电话、邮件的方式相应客户请求；
?快速定位客户问题，基于相应的知识库、技术文档来针对已知问题找到相应的解决方案并提供专业的答复。

任职要求：
?粤语听说流利,英文读写流利
?具备优秀的客户服务意识，踏实，认真，有高度的责任心；
?具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、和不断的学习能力，能够独立处理问题；
?有技术支持或call center经验者优先考虑。
