Company

Our client is a Business Advisory Group with a well-established presence in China for more than 15 years. Our client is headquartered in Shanghai and has offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, London and correspondents in Dubai, Italy and in the US. Our client Group employs over 100 professionals between international and Chinese consultants, fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Mandarin.

Responsibility
Lead HR team to provide value-added HR services to clients, covering overall HR functions in Staffing, Payroll, Training and development, Employee Relations, Communications, Administration, etc.

? Payroll and benefits administration
? Drafting labor contracts, handbook, non-competition agreements and other contracts in compliance with the laws of P.R.C.
? Providing visa and immigration services
? Handling redundancies, termination and dismissals
? Providing labor law, tax and social security consulting services
? Managing HR Audit to evaluate HR policies and procedures
? Tax planning for expatriates.
? Managing the relationship with Company C Key executives in relation to private and sensitive matters allowing to improve firm credentials

Requirement
? University and /or above degree
? At least 8 years HR working experience
? Experience in multi-national business environment is required
? Good organizational and planning abilities
? Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability
? Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations
? Proficient English and Mandarin both in oral and written，any western language is a plus
? Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
