职位描述：
Purpose of Role:
 
Project Manager is part of IT development team which is in charge of system design & development of the IT logistics solutions e.g. TMS (Transportation Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), SCM (Supply Chain Management), B2B/EDI etc.
Project Manager takes an important role, be responsible for system consultant, architect design, development management, test management, & QA control (not limited), to deliver projects (developments) with good quality & on time & other project KPIs.
He or she needs to support requirements from both internal business and external client. He or she needs to coordinate with other internal parties including (but not limited to) Project Manager, Business Requirement Manager, Solution Designer, & Business Users.
 
Major Responsibilities:
 
- As a system architect/expert, involve the pre-project activities & consultant to Business Users, Business Requirement Manger.
- Assist to Team Leader, design/define the system architect principle & development roadmap.
- Assist to Team Leader, join Global Architect Forum, ensure the compliance of architect & development roadmap between region and CEN.
- As the system architect, ensure the proper system design by doing or reviewing the system solution design by himself/herself or together with vendor.
- Review the requirements (changes or new developments), provide feasibility analysis and high level proposal.
- Assist to Team Leader, define and maintain system development processes.
- Lead development project, deliver per KPI.
- Make development plan, setup proper project KPIs aligned with stakeholders including schedule, cost, & quality (not limited).
- Make (unit & integration) test plan, and manage the test progress.
- Manage vendor development team.
- Execute QA for each project, ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Make handover plan (to implementation team), and execute proper handover accordingly.
- Handle post-development support – bug fixing, in-project changes during the UAT and stabilizing stage.
- Involve in the post project review, and make post project report.
- Involve in other post project activities.
- Assist to Team Leader, handle vendor management, establish vendor pool with adequate & proper capabilities.
 
Experience & Expertise Requirements:


- At least 6 years of experience in IT profession;
- Deep business domain knowledge/experiences in logistics industry is required;
- Team leadership competencies;
- Good English skill (oral and writing);
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, effective coordination with different level of stakeholders globally is required;
- Experiences in AGILE & CMMI or relevant development methodology;
- Experiences in IT project management, PMP certification is desirable;
- Experiences in vendor management;
- At least 5 years technical background of coding (JAVA or .NET) & database management/programming, comprehensive knowledge of latest technology, certifications are desirable;
