Job Designation: HR Intern
Location: Dongguan
Job Level: Assistant
Report to: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full / Part time
Salary Package: 100 RMB/Day
Overview: You will be a very important part in company’s business development and growing by being an assistant of HR team devoted your knowledge and effort to all works and assignments related to HR especially on recruiting activities. We expect you is a junior student of university who will have at least 3 days a week in DG office and also your commitment for a 6 months internship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your essential duties & assignments will include:
- Support HR officer to develop efficient recruiting channels by conducting online marketing research, primary evaluation & documentation
- Assist in daily recruitment activity, including but not limited to job posting, post refreshing, sourcing, screening and candidate database maintain
- Be engaged in other HR project/activities: training facilitation, performance appraisal, team building and etc.,
- Other HR/Administrative assignment as required
YOUR PROFILE
We expect you to have following background, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities
- College or Bachelor undergraduate with good command of English
- Passionate & desire for HR function, willing to learn & take challenging
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, good sense of data collecting & analysis is preferred
- Smart, quick-learner, proactive
- Result & details oriented, good sense of responsibility & ownership
