职位描述：
工作职责:
1) 跟进物料库存量，保证订单生产进度，确保产品按期走货。
2) 与供应商确认国外订单。
3) 根据工作计划按时完成任务
4) 报告、分析及总结相关库存量并填写相关报表。
5) 协助解决紧急问题。

工作要求：
1） 经济管理或相关专业大专或以上学历。
2） 2年相关生产计划工作经验，玩具行业优先考虑。
3） 有独立处理问题的工作能力
4） 良好的电脑使用能力(Word, Excel, Power Point等)
5） 有ERP系统工作经验，熟练应用Axapta者优先考虑；
6） 有一定的英语基础，能用英语、粤语与客户沟通。
7） 缺少相关工作经验的可考虑录用为助理计划统筹员。


Responsibilities
1) Check and verify with vendors on production status in order to make shipments happened on schedule.
2) Work with oversea offices to place orders to vendors.
3) To deal with order of work according to working plan on time.
4) Report material liability status and reduce the excess materials
5) To assist critical issues solving.

Requirements:
1) College degree or above.
2) 2 years solid experience in Production Planning Preferably in toys industry.
3) Work independently with close contact with vendors.
4) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
5) Familiar with ERP system preferably with MS Axapta.
6) Good written and spoken English as well as Cantonese, good interpersonal & communication skills.
7) Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Junior Production Planner.
