Responsibility
Main mission:
. Ensure compliance with commercial commitments on OEM contracts
. Accompanying sales actions with the airframer customer
. Anticipate the airframer needs
. Carry out the follow-up and analysis of parts sales for our licensed partners
. Take care of the Culture and Airframer customer awareness within Company China
. Ensure a continuous improvement of the processes
Task 1 – ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COMMERCIAL COMMITMENTS ON OEM CONTRACTS
A1-1 – Identify the commercial milestones (payment, deliveries, endorsement, End user certificate ...)
A1-2 – Ensure the achievement of commercial milestones in coordination with KAM and RCP: external communication to OEM customers associated with the payment process (Letter of credit elements, identification of end user ...)
A1-3 – Animate and monitor the consistency of Company actions with the integrator
A1-4 – Realize and periodically update an inventory of actions and opportunities
A1-5 – Participate in unpaid debt collection actions
Task 2 – ANTICIPATING AIRFRAMER NEEDS
A2-1 – Identify and update with the Key Account Manager the TOP 5 irritants of the customer
A2-2 – Participate in the development of Company forecast elements for AVIC
A2-3 – Detect the airframer needs and propose the establishment of an environment favorable to the selection of products Company in agreement with the concerned directions
Task 3 – CARRY OUT THE MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF THE ENGINE PARTS SOLD TO OUR LICENSEES
A3-1 – In collaboration with the CSR appointed within the support organization of Company China, produce activity reports and business development prospects
A3-2 – Ensuring the conformity of our sales actions with the contractual agreements in force
A3-3 – Check the adequacy of our partners' order volumes with the expected projections
Task 4 – CULTURE AND AIRFRAMER CUSTOMER AWARENESS WITHIN COMPANY CHINA
A4-1 – Propose and carry out awareness-raising actions (periodic meeting, presentation of news, ...)
A4-2 – Propose, contribute to the communication department to internal communication actions (internal article / com, ...)
Task 5 – ACCOMPANYING SALES ACTIONS WITH THE AIRFRAMER CUSTOMER
A5-1 – Take action to get purchase orders from the costumer in order to reach annual turnover objectives
A5-2 – Support sales negotiations, if identified need
A5-3 – Keep a regular contact with the customer to follow the payments and keep a regular update with the customer in order for payments
A5-4 – Ensure the commercial follow up of the Perte en Chaine procedure in cooperation with the Front office
Task 6 –CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
A6-1 – Carry out progress actions for the process (help to structure the marketing plan, measure customer satisfaction, ...)
Requirement
- Be able to devote to aeronautic domain and have a very good learning ability;
- Strong communication skills;
- Have a sense of team spirit;
- Pleasant and highly responsible work attitude;
- Good work ethic;
- Be able to face a certain amount of stress;
- Basic spoken and written English; French will be a plus.
- Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, Excel…)
