The role is responsible for growing GWS China business line revenues by leading the CBRE organization and championing each client through a complex sales process, and is defined by the following parameters:
Large corporations with headquarters or substantial real estate portfolios in the North China region;
Corporations desiring multi-service, pan China, Asia Pacific, global, enterprise facilities management, and integrated outsourcing solutions;
Long-term contracts of a minimum term of three years;
Each contract of a size and scale to deliver multi-million annual revenue impact to the Greater China divisional P&L and wider CBRE organization;
Annual China sales targets in excess of USD$17.5 million revenues per annum.
In addition to CBRE basic expectations for a role of this stature, the successful candidate will have also demonstrated: (i) Mastery of all stages of the sales process; (ii) A track record of directly similar business development success in China; and (iii)an industry network and profile that will bring advantage to CBRE.
This is a high-profile executive role within CBRE with visibility and influence across sales, operations, and support functions.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of related experience in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred. Experience must include a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models.
