Overview
The Business Controller is responsible for the analysis of the department goals. The controller supports the department in reaching its goals by analysis of data, clarification and suggesting action.

Department controlling
-Collect data, analysis, suggest action.
-Evaluate department performance based on company goals.
-Support teams to set goals in accordance with the general strategy of the product office.
-Follow up and analyse product office methods and organization according to performance.
-Have a strong cooperation with product manager and seniors to ensure that the company's goals are secured.
-Communicate identified possibilities and threats to support department to continuously improve.
-Reviews on department tasks
