一、内容营销:
1、负责微商城、京东商城等电商渠道内容营销(直播、网红、文字内容)的所有文案策划及原创内容的日常内容对接、审核、编辑及发布工作;
2、负责活动策划及执行、内容创作及发布、数据统计及分析、懂得如何圈粉和推送相应内容,提高粉丝量、会员转化量及销售转化量;
3、负责挖掘产品的亮点和卖点,商品具体内容的策划和编辑,使商品描述实现多样化,内容化,品牌化;
4、定期跟进数字营销以及社交媒体营销发展趋势,分析整理竞争对手社会媒体营销情况,进行数据分析、挖掘,传播方案优化。
二、会员管理:
1、 根据公司年度营销战略,制定会员发展和管理计划,推动会员体系在电商渠道落地实施,提高电商渠道的价值与销售额;
2、 进行会员管理及分析,定期输出会员报告,完善会员体系,对会员进行精准营销,挖掘会员需求,对会员营销、无线及店铺营销输入
3、 计划并组织实施会员活动,发展新会员,促进新会员的消费,提升存量会员的活跃度,如积分,各类活动等;
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,二年以上新媒体品牌传播策划经验,具备线上活动策划、组织、实施的从业经历优先;
2、熟悉各种营销手段、推广方式及模式,有一定的运营规划、数据分析、逻辑分析及判断能力;
3、熟悉电子商务类网站状况及发展方向,深刻理解网民心态,有电商网站CRM会员营销成功案例优先;
4、对内容营销整合传播有深刻见解,可以很好地洞察目标客户内容传播需求
5、了解线下活动、新闻公关、网红直播、双微运营等多种传播手段的运用;并有一定的理解。
