职位描述：
Job Summary:
*To deliver accurate information & manage post order activities to ensure on-time shipments as per the timelines mentioned on critical path. The activities include: Item/ Order processing, Critical path management. Approvals on trims, packaging etc.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
*Working with the buying teams, IBO merchanding teams, ordering teams and suppliers to ensure accurate purchase orders creation.
*Following up the orders, productions and shipments to ensure products can be produced and delivered on time to meet critical deadlines.
*Managing change requests to ensure orders and shipments are being handled accordingly & amendments on ordering systems are done on time.
*Process merchandising information to prepare cost sheets, files and documents, maintain an appropriate filing system and prepare production outlines for new orders.
*Delivering all business key performance indicators (KPI s), producing and managing action plans to address areas of underperformance to maximize service performance.
*Work with QA Dept. to ensure on-time inspection of merchandise and follow up inspection and testing reports to improve product quality.
*Assist superior and QA dept. in ensuring complete vendor compliance with all customs regulations and consumer standards.
*Answering queries and resolving end-to-end operational issues related to post order.

Job Requirements:
*Diploma or High Diploma in Merchandising, Supply Chain.
*4-6 years working experience in Merchandising field.
*Strong sourcing experience and vendor management in various countries with good network contact with a class vendors.
*If the job scope and responsibility reach at certain level, it will be the position of Senior Merchandiser.
*Travel to overseas is required.

Preferred Skills:
*Good command in both written and verbal English and good spoken in Mandarin.
*Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
*Able to work independently, good negotiation and planning skills.
