Role purpose
The Business Partner (BP) is responsible for delivering the the Fonterra people strategy within their client area that aligns to the people plan or the BU. They are accountable for building the relationship with their clients and developing an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the business area. They will work in partnership with the specialist HR teams to leverage expert knowledge and experience.
Delivers best practice people programs and initiatives to the client group
Ensures consistent application of key people practises to support the business area
Leads change in the business area to enable sustainable people practices
Role accountabilities
Delivers best practice people programs and initiatives to the Client group by:
Understanding the needs of the business area from available data and working with Senior Business partners to align with BU and company needs
Delivering programs and initiatives that are aligned to the Fonterra People Plan and business area needs
Engaging business leaders to drive people initiatives and manage the change agenda
Leveraging PDC services to provide integrated solutions
Establishing clear deliverables and measures of success that are endorsed by the leader/s
Ensures consistent application of key people practises to support the business area by:
Developing capability
Identifying the key capability gaps for the business area – leadership and technical
Partnering with capability leads to develop and deliver appropriate actions
Managing and build Business Area Talent
Using the Fonterra talent process to identify talent and assess risks
Developing and recommending actions, with SBP or specialist leads, to strengthen the pipeline through retention, acquisition and development strategies
Creating the desired Culture
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to articulate the desired culture
Reinforcing the desired culture through leadership coaching to create a high performing group
Effectively applying performance management processes to create positive interactions and develop a high-performance culture
Workforce Planning
Understanding the implications of the workforce planning strategy for the business area and delivering actions to manage future workforce needs
Managing local restructuring programs of work
Enhancing Employee engagement
Facilitating the development of the action plan to address key areas of focus from the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring alignment with the BU action plan
Working with the leaders to deliver actions that will drive an increase in engagement
Employee Relations
Representing local ER issues to the central ER team for advice and action as required
Managing site issues with unions
Advising on case management and local disciplinary actions as required
Leads change in the business area to enable sustainable people practices by:
Engaging with business leaders to develop the business areas capacity and readiness for change
Implementing effective change processes to support the people strategy
Building the capability of leaders to drive and manage change in a sustainable way


任职要求:
Qualification and experience
Requirement Essential
Education: Relevant Tertiary qualification
Experience: 5+ years experience in generalist HR roles or a line management role
                        Knowledge of generalist HR processes gained in a large, dynamic organisation
Technical/Functional Expertise: Facilitation skills
                                                        Ability to engage and influence leaders
                                                        Collaborates across the PCS function
                                                        Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
                                                        Business partnering capability
                                                        Coaching skills
                                                        Implement people programs and initiatives
Industry Experience :2+ years experience in generalist HR roles in large organisations

Announcements:This position needs to be usually on a business trip to Tangshan
