Company

Our client company is a new foreign company offering high-end home services to both local and foreigners in Shanghai. Focusing mainly on the ayi business, the company’s aim is to improve the global level of quality on the market through two main channels: selection and training of ayis and close follow-up of the customer relationship. Our company client being a new company, you will be part of a small, young and development oriented environment.

Responsibility

Our company client first promise is to ensure a high level of quality. The quality manager first responsibility is to make sure this aim is reached. After a training offered internally, the quality manager will deal with the full quality process of the company: Recruitments, trainings and quality follow-up with customers. Her/his role is to make sure the ayis working for our company client reach its high level of expectations.
Tasks and responsibilities

? Deal with the recruitment of ayis
? Organize and realize the trainings of ayis
? Ensure the quality for customers (controls, follow-up)
? Manage the ayi workforce
? Help with customers inquiries
  
Requirement
? Native Chinese speaker
? Fluent in Mandarin, English, French is a plus
? Confident with computing and office package
? Educational sense and good communication skills
? Housework knowledge (cleaning, ironing, baby care) is a plus
