Required Qualifications:
1. Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
2. Experience in research with property related is preferred, strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
3. Adaptability and cultural sensitivity;
4. Critical thinking and analytical skills;
5. Good working attitude;
6. Willingness to accept long working hours if necessary;

英文掌握程度较高者优先考虑
在读本科生或研究生
