Role purpose
Manage & grow business within assigned high weighted city or multiple cities (or channels in the key city) in line with sales objectives, policy, guidelines & allocated budgets.
Role accountabilities
- Assist line manager in territory business strategy and planning
- Implement sales plan and deliver city sales target through distributor management.
- Ensure in store execution quality, i.e. share of shelf, OOS, phasing, POSM, 2nd display compliance, promoter, etc.
- Managing deployment of assigned promotion budget & plan, drive ownership on trade expense with strong control measures.
- Coaching and develop Sales team capability
Qualification and experience
Education:Colleague graduate or above
Experience:
- Demonstrated track record of success
- 2-4 years people leadership experience
- 3-6 year’s front-line sales and distributor management experience
Technical/Functional:
- Project management: manage and motivate entire team to complete projects
- Professional customer selling / mgt. skills
- Familiar with cold chain distributors
- Distributor management experience preferred
- Negotiation/problem solving skills
- Strong analytical/time management skills
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
