Day to Day Responsibilities：
- Apply the fundamental knowledge of CFD techniques and strong analytical skills to the various applications with good understanding of flow physics, combustion chemistry and catalytic reactions.
- Design and implement required mathematical modeling of fluid dynamic simulation and analysis. Leverages fundamental understanding to develop designs and concepts for engine emission control systems, flow and chemical process optimization, and equipment prototyping.
- Provides troubleshooting and problem solving support for businesses, customers, and research groups. Communicate results effectively with presentations to customers; coach others in areas of expertise.
- Demonstrate innovation in the delivery of advanced technology and through creative analysis and problem solving; propose solutions and execute effectively toward project direction goals and milestones.
- Leads and/or participates on cross-functional technical teams. Collaborates with global project team members as well as colleagues from other departments to solve technical problems.
- Understand the customer needs and market trends; identify key business opportunities, define relevant research directions and propose new ideas proactively; enrich the project portfolio pipeline.
Education & Experience：
MSc or PhD in Fluid Mechanics or Chemical Engineering, strong theoretical background
Rich experience in the application of computational fluid dynamics and analytical skills to the development of new product/process/system.
Required Skills
Strong fundamental knowledge of CFD techniques and strong analytical skills to the various applications with good understanding of flow physics, combustion chemistry and catalytic reactions.
Demonstrated capabilities of using numerical modeling and analysis tools to solve real world industry problems
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary international teams.
Excellent communication skill in both of Chinese and English
