岗位职责:
1、通过公司系统的培训,能够深入了解工作服的款式、型号及功能及优势,熟悉企业业务流程,识别目标客户潜在需求;
2、主要针对北京及周边区域,通过多种方式挖掘客户资源,达成销售任务;
3、制定销售计划,并按计划拜访和开发新客户;
4、以专业良好的形象接待自来客户,了解客户需求,达成业务合作;
5、与团队通力协作,共同完成销售目标。

任职要求:
1、优秀的沟通表达和展示能力;
2、善于倾听,有敏锐的观察力;
3、有效管理时间, 保持熟练的销售知识并帮助客户达成他们的利益;
4、具有独立开拓客户的能力和商务谈判能力;
5、勤奋,有企图心,主观能动性强,有挑战精神,抗压能力强;
6、大专及以上学历,至少3年的B to B销售经验。

Your daily work will consist of:
- Deeply analyzing the market and creating successful sales strategy and territory marketing plans
- Developing and establishing new relationship with our most visible clients.
- Actively searching for customers and scheduling sales visits
- Evaluating and identifying customer needs and providing innovative and feasible solutions for prospective clients.
- Deeply developing and maintaining relationships with clients and closing deals
We see the most important things in this job are:
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Can work well under pressure
- Strong desire to be successful in sales work
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales
