职位描述：
Job Duties:
* Provide support to customer service team by responding to requests and questions promptly
* Process purchase orders and sales orders
* Coordinate order placement and deliveries with procurement
* Liaise with Logistics team to plan and schedule deliveries
* Generate sales reports for management review
* Update price list for customers
* Work with customers and distribution agents to forecast consumption and inventory requirements
* Monitor inventory level to keep steady supply

Requirements:
* University degree in any discipline, marketing and business management preferred
* 2 years’ experience in order processing, experience on inventory planning is a plus
* Excellent command of Chinese and written English
* Excellent proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphical applications (strong in excel is an advantage)
* Organized and detail oriented
