Responsibilities:
1. Organize and guide the subordinates to accomplish the production plan of Box build assembly
2. Organize efficient/professional/learning-oriented.
3. Setup best teamwork spirit & cooperation environment and streamline flow between different teams.
4. Lead members to perform production activities to meet daily production plan.
5. Lead members to manage material flow/accuracy in WIP.
6. Lead teams to work out necessary standard operation procedure (SOP) for Box build production,
7. 5S & discipline
8. Maintain best implement ability, and make sure established discipline and 5S, ESD requirement can be followed strictly.
9. Lead teams to improve production performance on productivity, Kaizen, quality.
10. Increase both quilt and efficiency in box build area
11. Participate on development of assembly processes in box build area
Requirements/Capabilities:
1. More than 5 years of relevant electronic manufacturing working experience, especially experienced in box build assembly, mechanics Engineering background is required
2. College Engineering degree.
3. Good reading and writing English ability.
4. Good at Interpersonal communication.
5. Active Team Spirit.
6. Computer software knowledge.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes and have innovative and creative approach.
