职位描述

1. Job Purpose:


To ensure the effective C&B management process and programs are implemented, full compliance with company policy/ local regulation and high HR service are provided to the associates and the managers.


2. Principal Accountabilities:


EHS & Compliance


· To ensure the EHS standard are implemented in all daily activities and operation processes and participate in EHS p rograms actively.


· Ensure 100% compliance in respective C & B activities including local government regulations, ISO, SOX etc.
Total Reward Management


· Analyze compensation/Benefits policies, government regulations, and market benchmark compensation information to de velop competitive compensation plan, including annual salary structure, benefits policy updates, short-term & long- term incentive plan, retention etc in line with corporate or regional guidelines or direction.


· Collaborate with the HRM to design the career ladder for each function by coaching line managers in writing Job Des cription, support the Job Evaluation process etc.


· Propose the salary for new hire and promoted and identify the necessary adjustment or improvement to maintain the i nternal equity and consistence.


· Participate in regional or cross-country projects to ensure compliance and consistency across the divisions.


· Assist in performance appraisal for performance bonus and merit increase in terms of data collection and cost simul ation.


· Be a resource for HR team, providing internal consultancy services to HR BP and BU leaders to ensure compliance wit h company policies as well as local regulations.


· Responsible for ad-hoc reporting to plant HR.


3. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

Education


· Bachelor degree or above


Experience


· At least 5 years C&B experience is required with 2+ years in plant.


Skills & knowledge


· Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
· Good planning skills
· Proficiency in computer skill
· Fluent in English at both speaking and writing levels
