Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Liaises with Marketing team for brand guidelines and advice;
2. Reviews competitor's main campaigns & status;
3. Proactively communicates eCommerce sales and promotions activity with all internal teams
4. Commissions artwork design for e-commerce only promotions and advertising, and manages gift box / special packaging designs for eCommerce with Marketing inputs
5. Reviews flagship store performance data daily to assess design and instruct optimisation activity.
6. Communicates daily with eCOps to manage their workload and priorities, and ensures eCOps are engaging testing strategies for content, landing pages and promotions
7. Manages team communications for special consumer requests & issue tracking, and acts as a liaison with eCOps to work with or resolve consumers issues or complaints
8. Monitors the change of addresses (pre-shipping) OMS log with customer conversation log or wangwang, as well as CS discussions and service level standards
9. Completes stock creation forms and long descriptions, and manages refund approvals
10. Processes all PR forms and A&P accruals

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree holder
2. Experience in Tmall, JD.com or Su Ning operations is a MUST
3. 3 years or more e-Commerce and digital marketing experience in China, preferable in FMCG industry
4. Good understanding of business requirements, IT solutions, Finance, Fulfillment, Logistics
5. Experience in working with global/regional cross-functional teams preferred
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative and result-oriented
7. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
8. Fluent in written English and Chinese
