What are we looking for?
? 负责管理、维护、调动驻场项目团队成员，建立有效的监督,管理和运营体系；
? 负责项目管理各部门之间的工作协调和工作指导、统筹项目全局性事务,处理重大事件或重要投诉；
? 负责对现场分包商的服务进行监督，建立可持续的绩效考核制度；
? 负责处理和协调客户与公共物业及出租方的定期沟通，力求获得其支持；
? 配合贯彻执行公司关于EHS、 人事、财务、职业操守方面的规定；
? 负责项目的P&L( 盈亏表)；
? 维护和发展公司与客户之间的良好关系；
? 在公司文化和规定框架内，建立团队文化。
Sound like you? What are we looking for?
? 大专或以上学历，物业管理或者行政管理专业优先。具备一定的英文阅读能力。
? 在大型企业从事过物业管理5年以上（其中企业自用型物业设施管理相关经验2年以上），管理过2万平米以上，团队规模在100人以上（含清洁、保安等分包商员工在内），尤其有国内高科技企业快速发展变化环境下的类似经验者优先。
? 抗压力强，具备一定的沟通协调及计划组织能力，能够敏锐的发现问题、解决问题。
