职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Draft Quality control policies and procedures improvement and evaluate adequacy of quality control standards
2. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
3. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
4. Investigate customer complaints and draft A3 root cause analysis report
5. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
6 Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards of IPQC inspectors

Requirements:
Working Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years with the same position with injection background
2. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
3.Experience in Automotive sector is a plus
4.Bachelor in Engineering degree preferred
5.Certifications in Quality Auditing, Quality Engineering,7 QC tools training, GB or BB Six Sigma is an advantage
