Plant Manager（欧美独资公司，建材行业领先地位，巨资新建厂房项目，当地政府重点扶持项目）
Location: 西安
Report to: China VP
Job Profile:
Responsible for setting up new plant
Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the plant or multiple plants to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.
Responsible for activities such as maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics.
Establish operating budgets.
Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing, cost control, legal compliance, and people development.
Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets it current, future production targets, and quality standards.
Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant's production capabilities.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional and operational managers to ensure that the plant meets it's established targets and standards.
Requirements：
Experienced in leading middle-sized operation team (100-200 people) in foreign invested company
Strong leadership and management skills
Experienced in automated production facility with shift working schedule
Strong knowledge in quality assurance, Maintenance, Logistic, project management;
good knowledge with budgeting and cost controlling
Experienced in production documentation and reports;
Experienced in HR, Finance management for more than 2 years;
People manager
Independent self-starter
Location: 西安
