Objective：
* Developing Sales and Marketing Strategy for Projects, expend client channel.
* Achieve target sales for each project, Leverage project developers brand image to increase their awareness and future sales potential in Asia
* Motive team; ensure team remains high performance level.
Core Responsibilities:
As an Associate director/Director of International Residential at Jones Lang LaSalle, you’ll be responsible for driving sales to achieve target revenue, manage sales process to ensure the sales go smoothly and most efficient way, continuously developing new client channels and locations within or outside of Shanghai.
You’ll also be responsible for managing a sales team, motive team to be at highest performance level all time. Developing sales and marketing strategy for each project.
At times you’ll also be required to manage a new market, develop business in other countries.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Achieve target revenue is key performance indicator, strong business development skills also required.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Ideally at least 4 years of international residential sales exposure with a minimum of 6 -8 years in real estate commercial function.
* Team management capability
* Strong commercial sense and sales driven
* Able to interface with local and foreign clients and developers
* Solid network amongst prospective property investors for offshore properties
* Effective communicator both in English and Mandarin
