Job Purpose
1）This person will work on salt screening, physical form program and/or polymorphism-1 program under the guidance of experience scientists.
2）He/she will work on the bench to provide various technical supports for project needs. This includes basic chemistry lab work and some instrumentation analysis, such as HPLC, XRPD, DSC, TGA, DVS, IDR, FTIR, etc.
3）This person should have hands-on experience in performing basic chemical analysis. A knowledge/experience of solid state characterization of drug substances is plus.
Ideal Background
1）Master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or equivalent experience.
2）Fluency in English and Chinese (oral and written).
3）With strong communication skills, essential skills of performing lab work, and basic knowledge/understanding of English.
