职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering Department management with people management capacity to oversee each ME/AE performance appraisal and KPI setting;
2. Manage Company’s manufacturing technology roadmap and investment proposal;
3. Responsible to Process control, Spare Control & Production Equipment Maintenance
4. Appraise and approve manufacturing technology as well as major manufacturing line investment;
5. Responsible for manufacturing IE and automation effort to deliver manufacturing excellence;
6. Perform and maintain the environmental system in manufacturing engineering department;
7. Complete other tasks which assigned by superior leader;
8. Experience in Tufting process is preferred but not the must.
Job Requirements：
1. Degree holder or above;
2. More than 10years relevant working experiences with minimal 4years in engineering management role;
3. Good communication and cross-functional working skills
4. Comprehensive knowledge in manufacturing engineering solution and IE background;
5. Leadership in organizational and people development;
